Overloading the washing machine

Washing machine not connected correctly
If the connection to the drain is incorrect, the following happens - the water is drawn up to a certain level and begins to go into the sewer. As a result, the machine does not receive the required amount of liquid - the wash does not start. You need to raise the hose 60 cm from the floor. Many models have a rear mount that snaps into the hose. Check the position of the drain hose in relation to the level of the washing machine.
Defective pressure switch
Pressostat is a sensor showing the water level. His task is to give a command to the machine that it is time to start washing when there is enough water in the tank. If it fails, then the unit does not understand whether enough fluid has accumulated and whether it is there at all. The process will be endless - if a tank full of water pours into the sewer, the machine will start collecting water again. To fix this problem, you can simply replacing the water level sensor.
Intake valve malfunctioning
With this breakdown, the valve may work intermittently - not open completely, or even freeze. You can solve the problem by replacing it with a new one.
Water heating faults (heating element, thermostat)
This group of reasons is very common - serious breakdowns requiring the intervention of specialists. You will have to repair or change various parts. In this case, the water heats up much longer, which means the washing process increases.
Scale formed on the heating element - heats the water for a long time
Of course, the breakdown is not as global as shown in the advertisement, but the quality of the water leaves much to be desired and over time, scale appears on the heating element. The first sign is a gradual increase in the time of heating the water. Try clean the car with a special anti-scale agent or citric acid. If after this no changes occur, then you will have to change the heating element, or remove it and clean it manually.
