Design

iLife V80

The robot is of the correct round shape, made of durable plastic, gray and black. The front panel is painted gray, all other parts are black. On the front panel in the center there are control buttons, above them there is a compact display, it displays all the operating information - the selected mode, operating time, battery charge, etc.

On the sides of the front there is a movable bumper with rubber inserts. It is designed to protect the robot itself from collisions and prevent damage to it from furniture and other interior items. On the back side there is a button for opening the container for collecting garbage or water. You can find this button by the company logo located next to it.

At the bottom are two side brushes attached to the front of the robot. Between the brushes there is a roller wheel for maneuverability when cornering or when turning. In the center are the drive wheels, between them the battery compartment and the suction hole. In the back there is a garbage container or a container with water, to which a napkin is attached for carrying out wet mopping of the floor.

Functional

iLife V80

In terms of functionality, the robot surpasses its cost and can pleasantly surprise customers. The indicator of its work is assessed as very effective, thanks to two types of cleaning carried out - dry and wet. In this model, the nozzle and the suction power underwent modernization, now the suction hole is more tight, it fits snugly on the floor and collects more waste. All debris inside goes through a triple HEPA filter, is cleaned and does not come out.

The robot works in the following basic modes:

  1. Automatic - the robot itself determines the route to follow during cleaning.
  2. Local area cleaning - the user specifies the area where intensive cleaning is required.
  3. Edge Clean - Clean the corners and edges of the walls.
  4. Maximum - cleaning with maximum power, the mode is suitable for areas with a lot of dirt.
  5. Defined Cleaning - Suitable for smooth surfaces, the robot starts cleaning and gradually increases the coverage area.
  6. Scheduled - automatic operation according to the days and times specified in the schedule.

Wet cleaning is carried out using the i-Dropping intelligent water container. It evenly distributes moisture and controls the movement algorithm of the device. When the movement stops, water stops flowing to the napkin. This protects the surface and the robot from the harmful formation of puddles.

In general, this model justifies its low cost and gives even more than analogues from this price category.
