This type of oven is electrically connected to the main hob. In this case, the oven is located below, and the hob is located on top. Do-it-yourself installation of a built-in oven does not differ in anything from the installation of a conventional oven.
Preparing to install and connect ovens
Do-it-yourself installation of the oven begins with the fact that the place where the oven will be located is freed and leveled.

The second option is an electric cabinet. In terms of self-installation, it is simpler, since it is easier to connect an electric oven to the mains. How to connect the oven to electricity? The outlet where the wires are connected is best placed at a distance not lower than 10 cm from the floor. The outlet must withstand a current of at least 40 amperes.

Installing and connecting an electric oven
- The electrical current in the wiring is completely cut off.
- If the wires for connection to the network are not available, then it is purchased additionally. During the do-it-yourself installation process, it is attached to the corresponding terminals.
- From the distribution panel to the outlet where the cabinet will be connected, a 3-core copper wire is laid. If the cabinets consume power in the run-ups from 3 to 3.75 kV, then the required current strength in the power supply ranges from 16 A
- Examine the switchboard. Wiring must be provided. It may turn out to be both the VVG-3 * 2.5 wire and the VVG-3 * 4.0 wire.
- Connect to a power outlet. There are often 3 veins in the cable. Accordingly, a 3-pin socket is also selected for it.
