Appearance and functionality
Philips FC6408 is made in silver and black. The handle, the toggle buttons and the filter installation location are colored turquoise. At the bottom of the pipe, wheels are installed to ensure the maneuverability and maneuverability of the vacuum cleaner. The height in the assembled state is 116 cm, the depth and width are 18 and 25 cm. The device can be left in an upright state without leaning against the wall. It weighs only 3.6 kg.
The attachments are mounted on magnets, which makes it easier to change them. The power buttons are located on the handle of the tube, as well as on a handheld vacuum cleaner. A special button for opening the dust container is located on the top of the case.
The vacuum cleaner has a high suction speed. The air flow enters the cyclone chamber, where its speed is increased due to the curved shape of the duct. In this case, dust particles settle, and clean air comes out. Cleaning is carried out by a three-stage filtration system, which includes a fine filter that eliminates up to 90% of allergens. To throw garbage out of the dust collector, just unplug it and put it out in a bucket. Its fullness level is easy to determine thanks to the transparent body.
Unlike standard vacuum cleaners, the cordless one provides excellent maneuvering. Due to the rotating nozzle and the large angle of inclination, it easily passes under furniture. The standard nozzle is ideal for cleaning hard surfaces and carpets. There is a thin nozzle (slotted) for entering corners and hard-to-reach places. To carry out wet cleaning, it is enough to install a block with liquid and fix microfiber. It receives water from the container in automatic mode.
If necessary, the vacuum cleaner can be detached from the handle for manual use. This allows you to vacuum sofas, shelves or a car. Philips handles all types of debris, wool, hair and more. It can also collect liquid.
